There are changing demands and legislation within the rental sector and Jayne is very proactive in ensuring that all parties jointly (agent, tenant and landlord ) meet and adhere to the standards and requirements. Not an easy task for her to do but one which is so necessary.

We heard about J Aland Lettings through a friend and we handed over the properties to her firm to be managed, it was the best thing we ever did , the properties are always fully let, and and are in good condition at the end of each tenancy. Having issues resolved punctually is ultimately the most important thing a tenant looks for in a letting agent.
