Once tenants are in place, all requests for repairs and maintenance are through us. We have a full maintenance team and Gas Safe registered engineers.

Co-ordinate repairs or maintenance including arranging for tradesman to attend the property and obtain estimates where necessary.

We will also furnish vacant properties on behalf of landlords if required, taking time to source quality, reasonably priced furnishings.

Make regular inspections on the property and forward finding in writing to the landlord.

Carry out full inspection and inventory check at the end of the tenancy and deal with matters relating to unfair wear and tear and cleanliness before releasing tenants deposits.
